1932 Dog
Our take on the classic street dog—done the 1932 way. It starts with our house-made jalapeño cheddar sausage, made from brisket and pork butt, seasoned and blended with fresh jalapeños and creamy cheddar. Smoked to perfection and served on a toasted bun, it’s then topped with mayo, mustard, and ketchup. It’s bold, smoky, and built to hit the spot.

Pulled Pork Sandwich
Slow-smoked for 12 hours, our tender pulled pork is mixed with house BBQ sauce and signature seasonings, then piled high on a toasted bun and topped with our crisp, homemade coleslaw. It’s a bold, smoky bite with a refreshing crunch.

Brisket Sandwich
Smoked low and slow for 12–14 hours over Central Coast oak wood, our brisket is tender, flavorful, and finished with a beautiful bark. Served on a butter-toasted brioche bun, it’s a simple, smoky classic that hits all the right notes.

Tri-Tip Sandwich
A Central Coast classic done right. Our tri-tip is oak-smoked, then reverse-seared over a Santa Maria grill for that signature California flavor. Sliced just right for a tender bite and served on a garlic butter-toasted bun, it’s smoky, savory, and straight-up satisfying.
